Join us for our Christmas 5k virtual race and be in with the chance of winning some awesome KOTWF prizes! All you need to do is join our Strava club, race 5k wherever you are in the world on Sunday 20th December and record and share your run on Strava.

Some sweet KOTWF merch will be awarded for:
- The Best Dressed (any excuse to don our Santa outfits)

- The Most Adventurous Race Course (we're thinking mud and mountains)
We will also awarding THREE MONTHS OF RUN COACHING to the girl or guy currently following the '5K KINGS TRAINING PROGRAMME' who makes the most improvement from their 5k at the start of the programme to their 5k race time!
