We are pleased to introduce you to Virginia (Vee) Lee. Vee oversees our ‘Yoga for Cyclists’ class and runs her own restorative and vinyasa flow yoga in the studio. Her path to yoga came initially from running, and having run the London Marathon and numerous Half Marathons she was lucky to find a yoga teacher who understood the need and the mental mindset of someone who competes in endurance challenges, Vee then fell in love with this dynamic exciting discipline that challenged her in a new and unexpected ways. Yoga then became a way of improving and complementing her running but then it became a way of life, and has progressed to become an advanced teacher with over 500 hours of practice. Vee’s aim is to provide simple, fun and accessible Yoga as a way of supporting your training, improving your performance and to help you find space and ease in body, mind and spirit.
